Sewing Machine Cabinet...
I posted this a while back but since we have some new folks on the forum, I thought I would repost it.
It was made as a surprise for my wife so I did not have pictures of the build. I hope I explained it in the video enough so you get the idea of how it was made.
Sandra uses this cabinet almost daily. She is always making some thing new. The machine stays on top most of the time.
She buys on sale items of clothing and then takes them apart and adds of deducts from the item to make some thing she likes better.
So the cabinet gets a lot of use.

I hired this actor to narrate the video.

That is so cool David. I have never seen a design like that before. I really like that.
I have never heard of anyone buying sale clothing and remaking it either. That is an Excellent idea.
Good job on the cabinet too.

Re: Sewing Machine Cabinet...
Thanks guys, I had fun making it.
Sandra makes lots of things out of items she purchases that were originally made for something.
In that, she is like us wood workers, we can look at a piece of wood and remove all that is not part of the thing we wanted to build.
She takes on sale shower curtains and makes extra large shower caps for the girls in our family. They all seem to have big hair.
