I'm still around!!!
I know I've been lacking a little in the communication department for a while but have had a lot going on trying to keep up with caring for 3 people in their 80's (down to 1 now with dementia) as well as everyday household stuff, and keeping product in the Village display as well as the 3 festivals we go to. Barb said to get back on here so here's a couple I just did. Finding good clean live edge slabs is hard so I made my own out of a 5/4 x 12 x 48 glued up oak board. The bark is textured on the CNC and painted kona brown. Gotta practice my painting now.

Hello john, just thinking about you this morning. Haven't heard anything from Riger lately, hope all is well. Sandra and i are doing great down here in Texas, enjoying some 70-degree weather. Are you still shoveling up there?honesttjohn wrote: ↑Sun Feb 05, 2023 9:26 pm I know I've been lacking a little in the communication department for a while but have had a lot going on trying to keep up with caring for 3 people in their 80's (down to 1 now with dementia) as well as everyday household stuff, and keeping product in the Village display as well as the 3 festivals we go to. Re: I'm still around!!!
Only had to shovel 3 times so far this year. Ground hasn't even really froze yet. Getting firm but not like usual. Most of the snow will be gone this week, just in time for another storm in the near future. Been a wierd season so far. Gotta think about getting busy for the spring and summer season now. It's easy to get lazy.

Hey, did i tell you that my new saw came with a plastic push stick, just like yours.
I could send it to you if you like?
I used it as a pattern and made two of them from wood. I just finished painting them red.
just so the blood doesn't show.
