Jewelry boxes

#1

Post by kmealy »

I made some jewelry boxes this summer for 4 of my granddaughters. Most of the wood is recycled from church doors. Due to all the mortises, I could only get pieces about 3/8" thick for the sides, that seemed OK. The corners are mitered and keyed with hard maple for contrast. The other box is to hold some genealogy stuff.
