Re: Hi Y'all. New here
Hi John and Herb. Nice site, Lots of interesting posts so far. I am doing much better these days. I've not been in the shop much lately. My Church conversion to a theater project got canceled. They've agreed to pony up the thousand bucks I put into it. They stripped out all the platforms, lights, cables, dimmers and the AV setup. Very disappointing.
Got a new protable oxygen machine so I can work in the shop a little now, but most projects are more carpentry than woodworking these days. My wife and I got our first vaccine shots a couple of weeks ago, the next on March 2nd, so we should be free to travel a bit by April or May. Hope everyone's healthy here. I'm private messaging a few on the other site with the the WOW address. Maybe we'll see more of them.
You guys got any plans to market this site for new members? I might post something on facebook if that's OK. Don't want to cross anyone up, but you all know how I am about marketing. I noticed you have a contribute button, is the software open source? If so I'll make a contribution.
Nice to see friendly names here. And no insects messing with the help.
