Old pallet use
Our roofers left me several wood pallets. I took them apart and made some planters for Sandra.
A fun project and she is happy.

Re: Old pallet use
I made a couple more of the smaller ones and a waist high one 2 foot by 4 foot. Seems the file is too big to post. They already have stuff coming up in them.
Now I have to devise a sprinkler system for them while we are gone this summer.
The small red ones have a bottom in them and hold a 5 gal bucket. The top comes off to change the plant if needed.
The buckets have holes drilled in the bottoms and the planter has slats to allow for drainage.

Re: Old pallet use
I can not take credit for the colors. I did the painting, Sandra selected the colors
AS a matter of fact, that color is the motive of the back yard.

Re: Old pallet use
These are some shots of an addition I added to the garage. It is 20 by 15, half of it extends into the garage .
We were siding it when these pictures were taken.
The room is a gym, sewing room, music and work out room for Sandra.

Re: Old pallet use
At the moment, we are redoing the Motor Home. I am painting the interior and Sandra is busy making drapes and curtains. The ceiling is covered with a carpet type material. I tried to paint it with a brush, then a roller. Neither would get down into the nap of it.
I finally bought a paint sprayer ( don't tell Stick) I bought it at Harbor Freight.
It worked great, took longer to clean the sprayer then to paint the whole ceiling
I have most of the walls done and next will paint the cabinets.
It was a drab gray color, but with the ceiling flat white, the walls an off flat off white and the cabinets a high gloss white. It sure brightened it up in there. The drapes and curtains will add a lot of color to it
We hope to have it on the road around the 1st of May. I still want to reseal the roof and wash and wax the out side.
The weather here is cooperating, it is sunny and warm every day.
Back to your question about time for me.
I happen to know that you my friend, spend all your time in that shop of yours filling orders for those wonderful plaques you make.
Come on, admit it.

Re: Old pallet use
Not as much time as I should. I still do my daytime thing and fit shop time in between and evenings. Busy from morning til the 11 o'clock news. And not building any inventory. I know......another machine. Or get rid of the Probotix and get another Avid. HmmmmmmmBushwhacker wrote: ↑Tue Apr 06, 2021 7:13 am Back to your question about time for me.
