Bosch router table RA1200

This is the big stand-alone router table, not the benchtop one.

Does anyone know what size the 6 set screws (leveling screws) are?
I got a standard screw (3/16) to "fit" loosely so it s/b about 5mm but the pitch is unknown.

I called Bosch today. Got the Philippines and she didn't know.

Also, can someone point me to the manual for the above.
Yes I know it's just a table but I'm hoping that the manual will have the various size nut, bolts, screws, etc.

that 3/16'' screw is actually a #10...
the one you used, is it a 10x24 or a 10x32???
you need either a 5x0.8 or a 6x1 in MM...
I'm betting on it being a 6x1...

Every router I've ever checked, including some old ones. had metric threaded shafts where the collet attached. So good chance they are metric and 5mm would be the next size up. The 2 standard pitches in 5mm would be .8 and .5. The .5 one would be so fine that you would need a magnifying glass to count them. It's probably 5 x .8 if they are metric. If there is enough meat around the existing screw holes you could always take a tap and rethread to 1/4", either fine (28tpi) or coarse (20 tpi). I had to do that with 2 of the attachment holes in the base of my DW 611. I had screws that were the right diameter but I couldn't find one with the pitch they used.

I think I solved it.
I broke out my big tap & die set and went to work
It appears, surprisingly, that a 10 NC 24 tap fits EXTREMELY well in the hole.
The tap threads right up to the shoulder with no wobble.

Strange that it isn't a metric size/thread.

Oh well---will be off to ACE Hardware soon to buy some screws to level the insert.

In the manual diagram the OEM leveling screws use springs to keep them from vibrating out of adjustment, just like carburetors do with the throttle jet screws. If you don't find any you'll need to add a locking nut on the screws.
