I have no clue , but as I’m looking at it again , I’m having this thought that if the crow on the left of the photo takes off, then the wood plank will topple over with the weight of the other bird .
Probably way off in left field lol

Just thought this would get the old wheels turning in the old noggins. This answer was listed at the site I found it so I didn't need to ponder the answer to much.

Answer: A murder of crows is the name for a group of crows. Since there are only two crows, it's an attempted murder - they need more crows to make a murder.

That has me wondering who came up with all those names for groups of animals. Methinks he had too much time and too little work to do. A flock probably would have covered everything that flew, a pack for everything that walked, and a school for everything that swam.
