I don't know how the veteran Hospitals are now, but right after the WWII my uncle came back from Europe and had a temper that you would not believe. The slightest thing set him off,and he would become violent and hit and throw things, yell and end up crying and sobbing over the smallest incident. The VA hospital put him on drugs that made him a zombie and sent him home. He was just a walking dead, he couldn't drive, have a job, just sat in a chair mumbling to himself.
