I had a couple of upper cabinets I didn't know what to do with...so I decided to screw them together back to back, slap some wheels on the bottoms and now it's more portable. 4100 sits on top of them. This was more out of necessity to move stuff around for the electrician to get into different spots.

Easy install and they come off for placing (whatever) directly on the floor. Wheels are good for 600lbs each @ $35 for 4...

You (we) can always use more storage space...that Costco TP has to go somewhere!

I have a set on my adjustable height workbench and really like them - not dismountable (that option came later) but haven't seen the need to remove them as I move it into a more open area to work and then push back into it's little space. A downside - mentioned on another board, they work a lot better if linked together (definitely on my things to to) as it's awkward lifting a corner at a time, and has to put some stress on the components. I lift on the corner where I'm raising the wheel and it seems to make the operation a little smoother - a search in the internet may show some ideas for modifications th5t have been done. I noted that Rob Cosman offers a reinforced set on his web site (rob cosman.com) - I think a good idea as there would be a lot of stress lifting a heavy bench a corner at a time - I'm sure any of the members could come up with a similar solution very easily

I built stands for all of my major tools. I too push then against the wall out of the way when not in use. Plus, if the weather permits, I roll them outside to use them saving a lot of clean up. I just used Home Depot wheels, nothing fancy. Just functional.
