Getting it on

I'm finally in production mode, after a year of house and family maintenance, not to mention a 50th wedding anniversary (mine), a couple of heart attacks and two stents installed. Oh, and I just had a week of testing positive for covid.
This piggy bank is made from Padauk, which is as much a of a pig to work with as it is a beauty to behold once its done.
18 mm of ply down the middle. Its got a huge hole inside (I cant afford to fill it up), and the bottom trap door needs two philips screws to be undone before you can raid the contents.
Shown next to the pigmy elephant from last week.
Size is 10" x7" x 3" deep.
