This Weekend's Project
Co-worker asked about what I thought would be a pretty quick project: snowmen on "pallet" wood. Quick cut of dog ear fence pieces quick paint job, right? Yeah - no. Under quoted this one... lesson learned.

They're looking good, though...!
Don't piss off old people. The older we get the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent !

I like them. Your calligraphy is excellent. Can't hardly write my name legibly.

Re: This Weekend's Project
I cheated I created a text box, typed out the name, saved it as a .png then reversed it, print it out and transferred it to the wood using my wintergreen oil Then I just paint the letters. My handwriting is good, but not that good. It would be all over the place; spacing and lettering off; yeah - not happening
P.S. gave it to her this morning and actually got a hug from her. Made the underquoting worth while.

They look great. You must paint pretty fast because if I did that they wouldn't get them until after Christmas. Or New Years.

Re: This Weekend's Project
Started Friday night with the snowman bodies. Saturday morning spent a couple hours looking for the right "extras" painted up until somewhere between 8 and 10 p.m. Sunday I spent 3 1/2 hours (11:00-2:30 or so) hunting down Christmas gifts (THAT was a total bust..) came back and made corrections then started the lettering process around 5. They were done somewhere around 8 p.m. Then I posted them on my fb, and watched Star Wars Phantom Menace
