Makes sense if you are a traitor and you want to replace a democratic government with a dictatorship. Each one of those veterans took an oath to defend the Constitution and they were trained to be able to carry out that oath.

I read years ago that the Chinese were embedding hidden code in computer chips.

But counterfeit parts in gun platforms and allows in fighters which “ do not pose safety risks”? A couple of those planes have crashed, who knows why.

I read one story recently about the container ship that crashed into the bridge in Baltimore may have had its control system hacked and taken over remotely by the Chinese. Whether it's true is hard to say and we may never know even if it is true. What is concerning is that we keep hearing related stories. At some point you have to start giving them some credibility.

The other part that is concerning is that we haven't fixed the problem and started creating a secure, safe supply of critical materials like electronics, medical devices (I recall a bad batch of Chinese pacemakers years ago), and drugs.
