Hi guys.
I have on my mind a small Project with several wooden boxes. To reinforce the boxes I will install two splines on each corner. A jig is required for this repetitive work so I took the basic idea from a Woodsmith book entitled 200+ Shop tested tips & techniques.

Very nice...that should work very well for you. And definitely cheaper than buying one made of plastic...!
