F+W went bankrupt and sold Popular Woodworking, since then the new owners have been recycling a lot of plans from the past 10+ years of magazines. I get them in a newsletter about twice a week and save them (print to PDF works well for this). Their office used to be about 2 miles from my house and I know all the editors from there. I miss the presence of the magazine here.

Don't piss off old people. The older we get the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent !
