New method for leveling a router plate
On my latest router table I needed to level the plate a bit and was thinking about how I would do it when I thought of a really simple way. I just drove some flat headed wood screws into the flange the plate sits on. Unlike machine screws there is no chance of the wood screws vibrating loose and in the 2-3 years since I did that not one has needed adjustment.

Cool.
On my zero clearance table saw inserts, the support below is cast iron. I waxed them, put on a dollop of hot glue and pressed the plate into flush.
