Tapered ball nose bit.
Was talking to Scottart last week and said that he ordered (Amana from Toolstoday) a 1/4 inch tapered ball nose with a 1/2 inch shank. That should eliminate the need for a rough cut for those bigger projects using a 1/4 inch ball nose. Going right to the finish cut should save a lot of time, if it works. I got one coming to try it, on the 24 inch Polish Eagles. Thoughts?
