Another TV stand

#1

Post by kmealy »

Got a new TV last Xmas and it didn't fit on the old stand, so COVID project was to make a new one. Left side is a door that opens up to store the wiring, surge protector, etc. radio in the middle, and right side is a drawer to hold manuals, odd remotes, cables, etc.

Nope, red oak solids and plywood.

I don't remember exactly which stain I used. I have a few left from when I did refinishing work, but they are starting to go bad (off-color).

You need to make the stand long enough to accommodate any future TV 'upgrades' as they become 'essential' and affordable... ;)

I have seen similar, just cut a hole in the wall and let part of the TV stick through. LOL

Make the hole tall and narrow, put the tv in the long way, use split screen and then you can have tv in two rooms...LMAO
